What you can do in Nouswise

With Nouswise, you can:

• Create projects around a specific topic.

• Add or discover sources for each project.

• Chat over project context.

• Save responses as notes and tag them.

• Generate outputs like audio recaps, slide decks, infographics, quizzes, and flashcards.

• Share projects with restricted or link-based access.

Download and reuse generated work

Nouswise supports exporting both saved notes and generated report documents as .docx or .pdf, so you can keep working outside the app or share static files. Note exports are available from the note Download menu, and report exports are available from output Export menus such as Briefing Doc.

Slide Deck outputs download as editable .pptx files. Audio recap outputs can be downloaded as both audio and subtitle files, and subtitle lines may include inline citation markers for source traceability.

Access Nouswise

• Sign in at https://nouswise.com.

• Use the web app sidebar to move between projects, sources, activities, and outputs.

• Some features may vary by plan.

What you need

To use Nouswise effectively:

• A signed-in account.

• At least one project.

• At least one attached source for grounded Q&A and stronger generation quality.

Understand the main layout

1. Use the left sidebar to move between Workspace, Projects, Library, Activities, and Sources.

2. Use the center panel to ask questions and review notes.

3. Use the right Outputs panel to open generated files.

4. Use Share to manage project access and copy share links.

Important: Each project is independent. Keep related sources and outputs in the same project.

Tip: Keep each project focused on one topic so your sources and outputs stay organized.

Why Nouswise may not answer as expected

Common reasons:

• Attached sources do not contain the requested information.

• Too many unrelated sources are attached to the same project.

• Prompt is too broad or ambiguous.

• Current generation settings (Model, Generation, strictness) are not suited to your task.

Tip: Rephrase the question with narrower scope, then retry.
